Here are some examples of shafts we have to offer. There are plenty more than you see here - we have access to many other brands and models. When we have all the particulars of your swing data, that's when we'll go through our database of shaft bend profiles to pick out suitable shafts to match your swing. Gooder Golf is very proud to be associated with Swing Science Hex360 Shafts (woods and hybrids)
Swing Science is pleased to introduce its brand new HEX 360 high performance wood shaft. Using a 360 degree hexagon sheet wrapping process, our engineers were able to create a highly uniform wall structure for added consistency. In addition, the HEX 360 has a reinforced butt section using a filament winding braiding technique which adds strength and stability under the hands reducing shaft deformation during the down swing. The result is a highly responsive wood shaft that lends itself to both feel and control. This is no ordinary shaft - supreme consistency and performance for your driver, fairway wood, or hybrid club. I was so impressed with the profile information and consistency of the Hex360, I had to try it in one of my own clubs. Shortly after test driving the Hex360 shaft myself, it quickly became one of my favorites. The Hex360 has found its way into each of my own personal "game" drivers (I have, ahem...... a "few" - but don't tell my wife OK). The finish (deep glossy black and candy-apple red, with white text) is by far the nicest appearing shaft I've seen (especially when the sun hits it), and the Hex360 shaft performs every bit as good as it looks. This is my personal shaft of choice for use in all of my own "game" drivers. The testing we've done with the Hex360 hybrid and fairway wood shafts is just as promising - the same great frequency profiles and extreme consistency - these shafts are "IT" - BIG TIME. The driver shafts are 55, 65, or 75g. The fairway wood shafts are 70g, and the hybrid shafts are 80g - available in several different flex profiles. Please contact us for pricing and availability. Swing Science Custom Fit MOI Series Shafts (for woods)
This special MOI shaft was designed specifically to reduce head twisting at impact caused by today’s over size driver heads. This is accomplished by engineering a shaft with lower torque properties that is stable in the butt and tip sections while still providing the golfer with valuable feedback. The shafts unique profile ensures the ideal balance between control, power, and feel, making our new MOI design a great compliment for driver heads of all shapes and sizes! Here's another example of a shaft that works as good as it looks (silver and candy blue) - awesome! Available in "A" (60g), "R" (62g), or "S" (64g) - this shaft will give you somewhat of a lower ball flight. Please contact us for pricing and availability. Swing Science Custom Fit FM Series Shafts (irons)
These are not your ordinary golf shafts! These versatile iron shafts feature a hybrid construction process in which the core of the shaft is sheet wrapped and the outer layer is filament wound. By using a sheet wrapped core, the designer is able to control the movement of frequency during tip trimming. The filament wound outer layer then lends itself to superb wall symmetry and overall consistency. The FM iron shaft has an 8" long paralel tip section for maximum frequency customization. These shafts are 90g each (raw weight), and are designed to give you a low-mid ball flight. Please contact us for pricing and availability. Swing Science Custom Fit VF Series Shafts (woods and irons)
This shaft is the workhorse of the Custom Fit Series shafts. The VF Series shafts feature a filament wound design to ensure excellent wall symmetry and superb impact repeatability. The ultra-consistent frequency from shaft to shaft makes the VF Series a favorite among clubmakers. The VF Series comes in both Iron and Wood versions. Black and Silver cosmetics using a mirror chrome finish make the VF an excellent choice with most club head designs. When it comes to price and looks - the VF is at the head of the class! The wood shafts are 83g each, the iron shafts are 80g each (raw weights). These shafts are designed to give you a higher ball flight. Please contact us for pricing and availability. Swing Science 200 Series Shafts (irons and woods)
The most popular of our Swing Science shafts, the 200 Series offers a full flex range in both woods and irons. Featuring a light weight design with a low flex point, the 200 Series generates high launch ball flight characteristics with exceptional feedback for the golfer. A filament wound design insures excellent wall symmetry and superb impact repeatability. Frequency builders will appreciate the consistency of this product particularly in the irons. Black and silver cosmetics make this shaft an excellent choice with most club head designs making the 200 Series an absolute winner in price, performance and aesthetics. Iron and wood 200 Series shafts are 70g (raw weight) - these shafts are designed to give you a higher ball flight. Please contact us for pricing and availability. Swing Science 400 Series Shafts (irons and woods)
400 Series Woods 400 Series Irons Featuring filament wound construction, the new 400 Series provides exceptional concentricity for superb impact repeatability. Add in the consistency of a filament wound design and you have the ideal shaft for frequency matching. The mirror chrome finish with the midnight blue logo makes this shaft look as great as it feels! These shafts are designed to give you a mid ball flight. Please contact us for pricing and availability. Swing Science 500 Series Steel Shafts (irons)
Our 500 Series MultiFlex steel shaft technology will deliver 20 full flex increments from a specially engineered master shaft. Following the Professional Clubmakers Society flex conventions, you can build from a 2.5 all the way up to a 6.7 with our proprietary shaft system. What’s more, all this will be achieved at less than 90 grams of total weight for most shafts cut to playing length. Using a super light weight alloy and a unique shallow angle step pattern, the 500 Series is the ideal shaft for players transitioning from heavy weight steel into a lighter weight technology without sacrificing dispersion control with their iron play. These shaft tip the Toledo at 100g (raw weight), and are designed to give you a mid-high ball flight. Please contact us for pricing and availability.
Golfers have been waiting for years to see a tangible difference in steel shaft design, so FST proudly introduces the KBS Series steel shafts — an all-new premium line of steel shafts engineered by industry-acclaimed steel shaft designer Kim Braly and featuring advanced Moment of Inertia technology. A one-of-a-kind design created from unique engineering analysis, the KBS steel shafts deliver optimum stability resulting in efficient energy transfer from the player’s hands to the clubhead. KBS steel shafts feature a proportionately equal reduction in shaft mass and step radius along the shaft’s entire center line. In addition, KBS shafts reduce shaft ‘interference’ during the swing which means greater performance for you with every shot. “Shaft performance is critical in placing the clubhead in the correct position at impact, but most steel shafts on the market today fail to reach the level of performance and feel necessary to respond effectively in the players’ hands, especially just prior to impact,” says Braly, whose steel shafts designs are currently being played by Top 10 players in the world. “The KBS steel shafts use an intelligent design to upgrade the performance with MOI technology and a proportional reduction in mass and radius during the step progression.” The KBS Series steel shafts are unlike anything on the market today. In addition to a revolutionary new approach with MOI analysis, KBS steel shafts incorporate FST’s high-quality precision manufacturing processes, such as: • Exclusive ‘Oil-Quench’ tempering method which
produces shafts that are arrow-straight from butt to tip. FST remains exclusively dedicated to the design and development of high-quality steel golf shafts, and KBS technology re- introduces true performance benefits of playing steel to golfers around the world. Steel shafts are the choice for irons on all pro tours. Golf professionals and skilled amateurs alike will appreciate the KBS steel shafts for optimum consistency and accuracy in their irons.
With the variety of premium KBS shafts available, we can build anything from 4.0 to 7.5 on the flex slope rating. These KBS Tour shafts have found their way into a couple of my own personal iron sets - they are fantastic performers!

Accra "Dymatch" Series:
ACCRA has tested this entire line of shafts “dynamically.” Using a base (high MOI) driver head and the latest fairway woods and hybrids, we have developed a line of shafts that are perfectly dynamically matched! This means that once assembled into heads, cut to length (tipping is not required, although certified club fitters may adjust based on the head of choice), and gripped…our shafts were designed to Match with respect to torque, tip deflection, EI curve , and flex when measured during a swing. Using the latest in cannon, robot, and human testing with the most technologically advanced launch monitors and high speed cameras, ACCRA has created 3 distinct Series of shafts that identically Match from driver through hybrid, ensuring the golf a perfectly Dynamically Matched set. Dynamic measurements are the only specifications that really matter……ensure your club fitter offers Dynamically Matched shafts by ACCRA….DYMATCH is designed to ensure all of your woods and irons are perfectly Matched……you deserve a perfect set! The Dymatch series was expanded to include the Dymatch RT series. The "RT" stands for Responsive Tip, the bend profile of the RT series was designed to have a softer tip section - more suitable for your everyday golfers. The same brilliant dynamically matched science has been applied to the RT series, thus allowing nearly every golfer on the planet to benefit from Dymatch technology.
ACCRA also offers a fantastic graphite iron shaft in the i-Series line (available in 40-50-60-70-80-90 gram versions). Accra has brought the proprietary ACCRA Tolerance Technology to iron shafts. Using super high modulus materials, our engineers set out to create the world's most stable graphite iron shaft without sacrificing the now famous ACCRA Active Tip Technology. Your Accra partner has the ability to mix multiple weights within a specific set, based on your launch characteristic requirements, while maintaining a constant flex characteristic throughout the set. As more players consider upgrading to a performance graphite iron shaft, consider the opportunity to match weight, flex, and launch characteristics by using the Accra i-Series premium graphite shaft.

The SteelFiber composite shaft comes in 70, 80, 95, 110, and 125 gram versions for irons. I just love the i-110, and the i-125. SteelFiber is the only composite shaft that is the same weight as a steel shaft - great for those players who love the feel of a graphite shaft, but require the weight of a steel shaft. Some people with wrist or elbow joint problems prefer graphite shafts over steel because they dampen some of the impact vibration (especially on mis-hits). SteelFiber i125:This shaft is generally preferred by stronger players that are looking to maintain the overall effort it takes to swing their steel shafted irons but want to benefit from the vibration dampening characteristics of a composite shaft. We are able to maintain the playability of the 125 gram shaft by minimizing the wall thickness with the use of metal to increase weight instead of adding more graphite. Because graphite is 1/5th the weight of steel it would take 5 times the amount of graphite material for the same weight increase which increases wall thickness and gives the shaft a “boardy” feel. The weights of all of our SteelFiber iron shafts are manipulated using metal and graphite instead of just graphite. This is just one of the things that set the playability of the SteelFiber shafts apart from all its competitors. SteelFiber i110:Players looking to go a little bit lighter than the typical steel shafted irons choose the SteelFiber i110 so they can pick up some yardage while maintaining a low penetrating ball flight and avoid changing the overall feel they are accustomed to from playing steel shafts. The player will also take advantage of the reduced vibrations of a composite shaft resulting in fewer injuries and less fatigue during the round. Please contact us for pricing and availability.
