Once we are all fitted, and ready to build your new clubs for you, a 50% deposit will be required before any work commences.  I'm sorry, but I am a small business person who does not want to get stuck with a bunch of club sets that are made to fit "someone".    I am not a bank or lending institution, I DO NOT offer payment terms or credit - please don't even ask.  It's very simple - 50% up front, and when the clubs are completed, you pay the remaining 50% (plus taxes etc) and you start enjoying your new clubs.

You have a few payment options;

Cash or Certified Cheque

I will accept cash or certified cheque from you if you are in the Regina area.  DO NOT send cash to me in the mail, I strongly do not recommend this, it is too risky!  I will only accept cash from you in person, and you will receive a receipt at that time.

You can send your payment to me electronically via email money transfer (Interac e-transfer) - it's fast, simple, easy and secure.  NOTE:  Clubs will be released when payment is CLEARED.

With Interac e-Transfer, your money never actually travels by email or text message. Email and text messages are only used to notify the recipient and to provide instructions on how to deposit the money. Your financial institution and your recipient’s financial institution transfer funds using established and secure banking procedures.

Interac e-Transfer rely on several security measures

• Encryption technology
• Confidential user IDs and passwords issued by financial institutions
• A secure login process
• A security question and answer to ensure only the intended recipient receives the money

The benefits of Interac e-Transfer

• Send and receive money directly from and to your existing bank account
• The money can be accessed immediately after the transfer is accepted
• To send an Interac e-Transfer, all you need is the recipient's email address or mobile phone number¹
• Never share personal or financial information with the people you send money to: keep your address, phone number and account information private
• The security question protects your transfer from being deposited by unintended recipients
• No need to set up new accounts, user ID or passwords — you're already in online banking
• Email and/or text message carries the notification, so no need to get stamps or to find a mailbox

Tracking your transfer

As a sender - Interac e-Transfer confirmation numbers are saved in your online banking history. In addition, you will receive an email notification and/or text message once the intended recipient has accepted the transfer.

Other Payment Options

If you choose to pay by Visa or Mastercard - I am able to process Visa/Mastercard directly.

I am able to receive Paypal payments - with this option I will send you an invoice via email that you can pay.  Paypal is set up to take Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and in some cases a debit card also.

Shipping Options:

If you are not in the Regina area, I will send your club(s) to you at your cost. I prefer to send parcels via Canada Post.  I have had tremendous success with Canada Post, packages can be insured, tracked, and they are more cost effective than a courier in most cases.  If you choose not to utilize Canada Post for shipping, please let me know and we can investigate rates from UPS, Purolator, Fed-Ex, DHL, or whatever you might have in mind.
