The proper grip for your clubs is determined by a few things - the size of your hands/fingers, the feel of the grip in your hands (some people prefer softer grips while others prefer firmer grips), and personal preference.  For example, I like a slight oversize grip on my irons, while I prefer a standard grip for my driver and FW woods.  This is one aspect of a club where personal preference is one of the biggest determining factors.  It should be noted that grips can get dirty from normal playing - about every 3 or 4 rounds (or once a month during playing season), clean your grips by gently scrubbing them with a soft nylon brush and some soapy water.  It really does make a difference having clean grips that are in good condition.  If the grips are worn out, have them replaced - you won't be doing your game any favors by using worn out grips.

There's a good chance we'll have a grip that will suit you, if you have something else in mind let me know and I'll do my best to accommodate you.

Star Grips Sidewinder

The sidewinder features over 1,100 "Serpentine Traction Grooves" that guarantee unmatched performance in all weather conditions.  Tacky and supple EPDM rubber is ozone and UV resistant so grip doesn't get hard and slick or absorb moisture.  +/- .5 gram consistency (most manufacturers settle for +/- 4 grams) for perfect swingweight with no "out-of-round" bent shaft syndrome.  Molded without reject lines to eliminate surface grinding...never half worn out before you install it.  I use the Star Grips on my own irons - after three seasons now, they look and feel just as good and tacky as the day they were installed.

.590" concentric core, 49g +/- .5 gram.

Star Grips Wrap

The same outstanding features of the Sidewinder "velvet" style grip can be found in this "wrap" style grip.  They won't get hard, slick, crack, split, unravel or absorb moisture.  These grips are a great value and will out-last darn near any other grip on the market.
