Welcome to Gooder Golf, your friendly place to get a darn good set of custom golf clubs custom made, to fit YOU and YOUR golf swing.  If you want to play your best golf, you should be using custom made clubs that were meant to fit you, and be tailored to your individual swing characteristics.  If you came here looking for lots of flashy, blingy, bells and whistles, you won't find them 'cuz they're not here - sorry, I'm a custom golf club fitter/builder, not a bling-meister.  What you WILL find here are quality golf club components and quality workmanship.  I hope you'll also find information here that is useful and educational.  Perhaps we might be able to help you find more enjoyment in the game of golf, and hopefully play it better too.

Have you ever been to a skilled tailor to have a suit made for you?  The result is a finished product that is custom made to exacting specifications, as determined by the various "custom" measurements taken by this skilled craftsman.  The suit will fit you perfectly in every way, nook and cranny.  If you were to compare this custom made (to fit only YOU) work of art to an off-the-shelf suit, I'm sure you would agree that there is no comparison - it will fit you better in every way.  Now take your fine custom made suit, and give it to your neighbor to try on - chances are it will not fit him perfectly, as it does you.  He may be an inch taller, an inch shorter, an inch or two rounder - it will NOT be completely right for him.  The same principle applies to golf clubs - why would you take your hard earned money and purchase some snazzy big name brand off-the-shelf golf clubs that were made to fit "someone"?  You can be pretty darn sure that the "someone" they were made to fit is NOT you.

You can be sure that the vast majority of these "someone" clubs (almost all of which are built to a "standard length", "standard lie", and come in "regular" or "stiff" flex) will NOT be spine-aligned, FLO'd, frequency matched (to measure true flex of the shafts), swing-weighted, with the perfect loft and lie for each club.... off the shelf units are not made to fit you, they are made to fit "someone".  Whether they are big name brand, or cheapies - they will NOT perform as good, as consistent, or as repeatable as a well made custom set of golf clubs.  I'm not trying to confuse you with the big words in the previous sentences - a detailed explanation for these terms can be found in the "Custom Club Fees & Services" page.
